Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to join our client, a global leader in providing expert administrative services.
2. Attend quarterly board meetings and provide board packs and minutes as needed.
3. Draft services agreements and ancillary documents under guidance.
4. Maintain communication with clients, internal parties, and external parties regarding client companies in the allocated portfolio.
5. Evaluate and discuss specific client and prospect requests.
6. Grow relationships with existing clients and intermediaries.
7. Attend meetings with clients and new potential clients.
8. Report legal issues with clients in a timely manner.
9. Maintain accurate client files according to local filing and archiving procedures.
10. Train junior team members as required.
11. Oversee the execution of transaction documents by junior team members on behalf of clients.
The Candidate:
Requirements include 2-3 years' experience from a background in company secretarial, compliance, legal, accounting, or transaction management.
* ICSA Qualified or part qualified is advantageous.
* Experience attending board meetings and drafting minutes is required.
* Ability to use initiative and be adaptable.
* Good attention to detail and organizational skills.
