Unwrapit is a digital platform for hassle-free corporate and event gifting. We offer a flexible, scalable, and personalized solution for relationship-building through gifting - wherever the recipients are.
We aim to make gifting easy and meaningful. We're proud to be making an impact within the traditionally wasteful world of corporate gifting. Our platform helps companies and events deliver an on-brand gifting experience and via our robust collection of largely experiential, digital, and charitable gifts that aren't physical and therefore cannot end up in landfill. In addition to emissions reduction and on-brand experience, Unwrapit customers benefit from the ease of deployment, and actionable insights drawn from built-in surveying capabilities.
WHO WE AREWe care deeply about people and the planet. We believe that giving gifts and making a positive impact can be one and the same.
Unwrapit was co-founded by Peter Deitz, Linsay Moran, and Taylan Pince.
The company is a certified BCorp and a member of the Upside Foundation of Canada, 1% for the Planet, and Circular Economy Leadership Canada. Unwrapit has received support from Ontario Centres for Excellence, Futurpreneur, and the Business Development Bank of Canada. You would be joining an accomplished team with a track record in founding, scaling and supporting businesses.
WHO YOU AREYou are excited to be part of a hard-working and growing team. You are ready, willing, and able to help make our big dreams for the more sustainable future of corporate and event gifting a reality.
We're an ideal match if you want to be part of something new and unique. You can see the big picture but also the small (important!) details. You understand that being part of a start-up in the early days is exciting, sometimes frustrating, but always rewarding.
As the Manager, Customer Success you will ensure that our customers' gift campaigns are impactful, beautiful, and engaging. You understand that engagement through Unwrapit is a "win/win/win". Our customers are thrilled with their ability to connect in such a unique way with their recipients. Our gift suppliers benefit from increased support. And the gifts claimed have minimal and sometimes positive impact on the planet. In addition to supporting our customers, you may at times also serve as the main point of contact between Unwrapit and its gift supplier vendors and other partners.
You'll use your knowledge of our product to support the customer 'behind the scenes' efficiently and effectively. In this full-time role, you'll work with your colleagues on the creative and technical details of each gift campaign.
You are a tech and social impact enthusiast. This role doesn't require someone with a developer skill-set but you are someone who has a strong grasp on technology and you pick up new platforms and tools easily. Working at the intersection of tech and social impact excites you.
You are great at understanding (and anticipating) the needs of customers channeling that into each unique gift campaign you oversee. You'll act as "creative director" for our gift campaigns and you'll lean on your business instincts, storytelling ability, relationship building, and project management skills to be successful. You'll manage multiple gift campaigns at the same time with ease.
You're not the sales lead but you are energized by representing a product that you're proud of in a sales context. At events, in demos, and more. You'll be happy to add to the pipeline but most importantly, can work with your fellow teammates to move established leads to "closed-won". You may be asked to lead the sales cycle for renewing and existing customers.
You have strong communication skills, both written and oral. You're intrigued by the opportunity to build upon our Customer Success successes at Unwrapit and you understand that part of this role is being able to write compelling copy for use in gift campaigns as well as case studies, social posts and more.
You have a keen eye for visual design and storytelling, enhancing your ability to ensure each gift campaign reflects an on-brand experience for our customers and delights recipients.
You are looking forward to the opportunity to hone your already established skills on a supportive yet independent team.
You are an optimizer and always looking for ways to improve processes. Working smarter, not harder, is your approach!
You are looking for a role that allows you room to make it your own.
