We are currently seeking a Chef de Partie to join the team at Charleville Park Hotel.
The Role: We are looking for an experienced full-time Chef de Partie, available to work flexibly with past kitchen experience, working in a fast-paced environment. This position requires a professional and talented Chef de Partie with a natural flair and passion for excellent food quality. Exceptional organisational and personal skills are required while continuously improving the product through innovation.
Reporting to: You will report directly to the Executive Head Chef, who will provide guidance and support to ensure your success in this role.
The Person:
* 2+ years of experience as a Chef de Partie
* Experience in a four-star kitchen is desirable
* Fluency in both written and spoken English
* Excellent ability to work under pressure as part of a team
* Flexible, innovative and adaptable
* Good knowledge of HACCP
Key Responsibilities include:
* Be familiar with the menu and prepared for the business every day.
* Prepare and serve dishes to the highest quality as directed by the Head Chef.
* Avoid unnecessary wastage, follow portion planning and act in a cost-effective, responsible manner.
* Work well with others as part of a team as well as using your own initiative.
* Working knowledge of HACCP & Food Safety regulations.
* Have excellent organisational skills.
* Ensure a high standard of personal hygiene.
