Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure effective and corrective action is taken on all accounts in accordance with company procedure and Group Compliance Policy.
* Handle customer/dealer queries by telephone, correspondence, or email, in line with Group Policies.
* Lead and support customers/dealers throughout the complaint process.
* Action outgoing calls by telephones to our customers, providing a high level of service.
Requirements:
* A keen desire to seek solutions.
* Good knowledge of IT applications such as using email & internet.
* Flexibility and adaptability with regard to work and working hours.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Ability to prioritise workloads while working in a fast-paced, service-driven business.
