What you'll do
* Managing and completing reports required by the Regional Director and Sales Operations Directors
* Managing meeting spaces in terms of bookings as well as set up for Regional Managing Directors/Sales Operations Directors
* Facilitating and organising large scale Store Manager & Area Manager meetings
* Providing administration support to Regional Director and Sales Operations Directors i.e., calendar management, correspondence, etc.
* Compiling and coordinating information from Head Office and Regional Distribution departments for communication to store
* Controlling and checking invoices prior to authorisation
* Managing stationary and uniform orders for regional distribution centre and stores
* Management and distribution of internal and external mail
What you'll need
* Excellent organisational skills and the ability to multi-task
* The ability to communicate confidently with people at all levels
* Outstanding computer skills
* Ability to work as part of a team
* Good analytical skills and attention to detail
* Flawless typing skills
* A friendly, enthusiastic nature
What you'll receive
Through our salary system, we ensure pay equality across all positions at Lidl.
* €35,500 rising to €48,000 after 3 years
* 20 days holiday per annum rising to 25 days after 2 years
* Company pension after one year of service
