Job Title: Junior Customer Support Agent – Night shift (5pm - 1am)
We are seeking a customer support representative to join our team at {company}, a leading Heath Technology Company based in Galway.
This role is perfect for a new graduate coming from a Business Course who wants to start their career in a multinational environment with opportunities to learn and grow.
You will undergo an initial training period with standard hours before transitioning to an evening shift model. The role involves working Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer and employee inquiries, resolve issues, and address complaints efficiently and effectively.
* Maintain knowledge of the company's facilities, websites, products, promotions, policies, and procedures.
* Represent the company in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner.
* Complete documentation to in-house standards and adhere to all in-house procedures.
* Work safely at all times.
* Report to the Customer Service Team Leader.
Requirements:
* Fluency in spoken and written English.
* Strong communication skills.
* Excellent telephone and customer service skills.
