Job Title: Commercial Sales Manager
We are seeking a Commercial Manager to lead the sales and distribution of high-value electrical products and support our sustainable growth.
About the Role
The Commercial Sales Manager will be responsible for leading sales and product distribution for the Republic/North Ireland regions. This includes managing sales and operations, transport, demand planning, stock management, account management, and sales development, as well as leading sales and operations administrators.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage sales, orders, and delivery
* Develop facilities and manage staff
* Lead sales and operations metrics and business performance
* Manage transport sourcing and management
* Manage accounts and develop sales
* Ensure health and safety standards
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Proven commercial management experience in metals-based distribution and supply chain into electrical manufacturing/product assembly sectors
* Reliable hands-on leadership of country/regional distribution
* Customer-focused and results-oriented
* Experience in fast-paced distribution
* Excellent IT skills, including Word, Excel, and Office
* Understanding of operations and supply chain
* Data management and accuracy
Education
A degree in Commercial/business management, Metal products knowledge or Electrical applications knowledge would be an advantage.
