Monitor, organise, and maintain parts inventory, ensuring all parts are accurately labeled, stored, and easy to locate.Handle parts orders, from sourcing and receiving to delivery coordination, ensuring timely availability for workshop needs.Conduct regular stock checks, update stock levels, and communicate with suppliers to maintain inventory.Liaise closely with workshop mechanics to determine parts required for maintenance and repairs.Accurately maintain parts records, purchase orders, delivery receipts, and other documentation.Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to secure quality parts at competitive prices.Key Requirements: Experience in Light & Heavy Commercial vehicle parts sector Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work on own initiative.
Efficient, with good organisational skills and attention to detail.
High levels of computer literacy At least 1 year's experience working in a related part sales
