Sales Administrator - €35K+ DOE
Monday - Friday 9AM - 5PM
We're looking for a Sales Administrator to join a fast-paced logistics operation in Kildorrery. This is a hands-on role that combines office administration with some face-to-face interaction. This department has high footfall, so you'll be dealing with drivers, clients, and team members throughout the day - no two days are the same
Key Responsibilities:
Provide full administrative support to the sales and logistics teams
Process sales orders, delivery dockets, purchase orders, and invoices
Update internal systems and maintain accurate records
Manage incoming calls, emails, and general customer queries
Liaise with drivers, suppliers, and customers to coordinate deliveries and collections
Greet and assist visitors to the office, ensuring smooth communication across departments
Support with stock checks and reporting when required
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years' admin experience (ideally in a logistics, transport, or sales setting)
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Confident dealing with people in a busy, high-traffic office environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort learning new systems
Full-time | On-site in Kildorrery.
