Customer Success Executive
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Customer Success Executive to join our tribe. You will be customer focused with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences, retaining customers, and driving product adoption. You will know how to build strong relationships, understand customers' needs and pain points, and be committed to ensuring customers achieve their desired outcomes with our products. Customer Success Executives manage the smaller revenue client cohort of business - ideal for those candidates looking for their first steps into client and renewals management.
Role & Responsibilities:
1. Create Customer Success Plans with accounts, leveraging various data sources to understand customers' current sentiment, product utilization, goals, and objectives, ultimately driving them to a solid return on investment.
2. Collaborate with internal colleagues across Sales, Support, Product, Engineering, and Marketing to ensure an optimal customer experience at key touchpoints.
3. Identify customers at risk of churning, work cross-functionally to mitigate this risk, and ensure customer renewal and expansion.
4. Ensure accurate capture of all customer engagements and relevant information in the CRM systems for wider Go To Market visibility.
5. Along with Customer Success colleagues, be the voice of the customer in TitanHQ, providing insights and feedback to senior stakeholders in Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Support.
6. Meet or exceed TitanHQ's stated financial targets for renewal price increments.
7. Update the company's sales database and ensure all data is accurate.
8. Work with our resellers and distributors to facilitate their end client product renewals.
9. Report regularly to your manager on monthly sales, forecasts, etc.

2. Experience in a customer-facing role.
3. Numerate and results-focused.
4. Personable with strong relationship-building skills.
5. Strong problem-solving and facilitative skills with a love of finding solutions.
6. Structured, self-motivated, organized with the ability to prioritize and work off your own initiative.
7. A team player with the ability to work across multiple teams and hierarchies.
8. Solid presentation skills with confidence across different client personas.
