Job Responsibilities
Must be available for Day & Evening shifts.
1. To operate the dishwasher & surrounding areas.
2. To ensure the coldrooms are clean & sanitised including shelves, door handles, rubber seals, floors & walls.
3. To ensure all fridges & freezers are cleaned and sanitised including grill around fans.
4. To ensure ovens are sprayed & cleaned and that the grills are washed through the dishwasher.
5. To clean vents weekly.
6. To ensure the floor in the kitchen is thoroughly cleaned to avoid any slip and to use hazard signs.
7. To clean insectocutors weekly.
8. To pull out all free standing units and clean underneath weekly.
