Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer with an electrical bias to join our team in Antrim.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in electrical and mechanical engineering, with experience of undertaking planned, reactive, and proactive maintenance tasks on machinery and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform maintenance and support tasks on high-speed automated equipment
* Maintain and support automated and conveying systems
* Maintain and support production electronic/electrical systems
* Work as part of a team and support production and operations
* Implement solutions to improve machine reliability and quality issues
Requirements:
* Working knowledge and experience of Electrical, Mechanical, pneumatics, and program knowledge is essential
* Knowledge of CNC and PC controlled systems would be desirable
* Knowledge of PLC controlled systems and their energised components
* Team working and flexibility with an open attitude
* Capable of effective prioritisation of tasks and personal time management
Benefits:
* A new 3-shift pattern has recently been implemented, Monday - Friday, with an early finish on Friday
* The shift pattern repeats every 6 weeks with 2 weeks of earlies, days, and lates
* Starting hourly rate is £18, supplemented with a 15% shift premium if working within the shift rota
* Overtime is paid at 1.5 times the hourly rate
