The School of Computer Science and Statistics (SCSS) invites applications for a permanent Executive Officer position in its Teaching Unit.
The successful candidate will join a vibrant team responsible for the comprehensive provision of high-quality administrative support for all aspects of the student life cycle.
Working closely with Course Directors and other teaching staff, the Executive Officer will provide dedicated support for one or more of the School's postgraduate or undergraduate programmes.
This position provides an excellent opportunity to gain in-depth academic administrative experience in a student-oriented environment using the College SITS, CMIS, Blackboard, and other IT systems, as well as the opportunity for career development in a busy but friendly work environment.
The Executive Officer will be expected to take an active role in the administrative functions in the School and provide assistance, as required, in other areas.
