Supermac's Mitchelstown requires Grill Staff, Part-time to join their team.
Candidates must be fully flexible Monday - Sunday am/pm. Experience of 1 year in the kitchen is needed.
Job Purpose:
The role of the grill person involves taking charge of the grill area, where all burgers are cooked and buns are toasted and dressed in keeping with our standards.
The Grill Person will provide ongoing support to the Management Team to ensure Supermac’s customers receive the best quality, service, and cleanliness each time they visit a Supermac’s restaurant.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
1. Comply with food safety and hygiene regulations.
2. Monitor waste levels and ensure waste is disposed of correctly.
3. Ensure cleanliness of the grill station and work area, ensuring all food and equipment are stored correctly.
4. Comply with company regulations, training, and coaching of staff.
5. Work as part of a team.
Successful candidates will be hardworking, work well under pressure, and enjoy working as part of a team.
Candidates must also be fluent in English and prior cooking experience is required.
Flexibility is required to work on weekdays and weekends.
