Our Global Fund Order Placement (GFOP) team comprises four departments: Fund of Hedge Fund, Fund Order Connect, Transitions New Business & Power of Attorney.
We are seeking a detail-oriented partner to join our GFOP operations team.
The ideal candidate will possess strong technical abilities, exceptional attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset to effectively partner with client servicing teams and senior stakeholders.
This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment within the financial services industry.
Fund Documentation Completion:
* Cordination of subscription documents, additional subscription documents, and redemption documents for target hedge funds.
* Accurate completion and timely submission of documentation, adhering to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Trade Order Monitoring:
* Monitoring trade orders for daily European mutual funds.
* Timely execution and accurate processing of trade orders.
* Escalation of discrepancies or issues related to trade orders to senior stakeholders for resolution.
Fund Order Routing:
* Overseeing the routing of fund orders through our sub-custodian.
* Verification of instructions and compliance with client preferences and regulatory guidelines.
* Collaboration with internal teams to facilitate efficient fund order processing and settlement.
Client Servicing and Liaison:
* Partnership with client servicing teams to address client inquiries and provide timely and accurate information regarding fund orders and documentation.
* Liaison between internal stakeholders and external parties to coordinate fund order placement and resolve operational or documentation-related issues.
Skills/ Qualifications:
* Ability to work to set deadlines.
* Microsft Office Skills i.e, Excel, Word.
* Attention to detail and strong accuracy.
