Business Manager – Catering Services at Sodexo

Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee catering operations, including kitchen, onsite restaurants, hospitality events, and vending services.
* Manage financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and client billing, ensuring profitability and accuracy.
* Plan and organise staffing rotas to align with business needs and growth.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety standards and licensing requirements.
* Drive customer engagement through marketing initiatives and loyalty strategies.
* Collaborate with client representatives and internal teams, such as Culinary Directors and Food Platform teams.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in business or catering management, with strong leadership skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Familiarity with IT systems like SAP and spreadsheets.
* Commitment to fostering a safety-focused work environment.
* Positive attitude, keen attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
* Familiarity with Sodexo policies and procedures.
* Health and safety qualification or personal license holder.
