CTS Projects LTD is looking for an Operations Administrator responsible for the provision of quantity surveying and day to day financial support services. This is an ideal role for candidates seeking to build on any previous administration experience or for those who wish to pursue a career in operations and contractual management. Location:Office inBallyboughal, Swords (remote working not available) and travel to various company locations Reporting to:Managing Director Hours of work:Full time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday Salary: Negotiable based on experience Role Responsibilities: Preparing precise cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents Assisting in drafting contract documents Helping to manage budgets and track variations Monitoring project expenses and providing financial updates Generating cash flow forecasts and reconciliations Conducting site visits and verifying measurements Job Requirements (including qualification & experience) A degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related field 1 year of experience on site, preferably in residential developments or with a Main Contractor A drivers license Skills: Quantity Surveying Budget Control Communication Benefits: Company Vehicle Fuel Allowance
