We are currently recruiting for a Recruiter to support the talent acquisition efforts within our fast-paced European business.
Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for talent attraction and talent acquisition activities for the Infrastructure team in Europe as well as supporting talent acquisition across other sectors as required.
This is a hands-on end-to-end recruitment role where you will identify, approach and recruit the finest project managers, cost managers and project controls specialists in the European market to help deliver the best infrastructure / construction projects for the best clients in the world.
You will work closely with the Europe Infrastructure Recruitment Lead and the wider European recruitment team.
The ideal candidate will have corporate experience or be an agency Recruiter looking to develop into a corporate recruitment role in a thriving international consultancy.
Key Responsibilities
* Work closely with hiring managers to define recruitment needs and plan the hiring process
* Create and publish job adverts and social media campaigns
* SOURCE candidates utilising variety of mediums such as social media, referrals, networking, events etc.
* Screen and interview candidates by phone or MS Teams
* Coordinate and manage hiring team interviews
* Manage offer and negotiation process
* Update applicant tracking system to ensure for accurate reporting
* Manage all communication with candidates from the moment they apply/ are approached until offer acceptance
* Build a Talent Pipeline in order to cover short and long-term workforce capability for the business.
Requirements
* BSc in Human Resource Management, Business Studies or other relevant subject
* Minimum 4 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, ideally with experience in the construction market recruiting project managers, cost managers or project controls specialists.
* Passion for recruiting and finding top talents in a challenging environment
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Fluency in English is essential for this role, other European languages are beneficial
* Able to build relationships with stakeholders and candidates
* Motivated, flexible and results driven
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise
