Job Overview The successful candidate will contribute to the management, control, monitoring and development of the commercial lines of business. They will work with all aspect of the business such as IT, Pricing, Sales and Claims to deliver objectives that align to our Company strategy. They will be responsible for preparing and analysing performance data to support the development and enhancement of the commercial business strategy.

Job Responsibilities
Provide support to the Commercial Portfolio Analyst
Complete quality audit reviews in line with QA plan and provide feedback to stakeholders
Identify risks within the department and develop improvements or controls to minimise impact
Develop and maintain underwriting guidance documentation
Develop and deliver training material within underwriting and the broader business
Support commercial underwriting projects and initiatives
Support commercial operations teams with adhoc requests
Manage assigned schemes in line with SLAs and regulations
Manage complaints in line with FBD policy
