This is an opportunity at Director level in Dublin for an Experienced Real Estate professional to join a large scale multinational business.
Joining a multinational company, you will take responsibility for driving initiatives to deliver on the company's global real estate strategy. The role will give you excellent access to the C-Suite within the organisation and a chance to shape global policies and drive results.
The role will demand:
1. Oversight of the development of effective program strategies with detailed execution plans for complex Real Estate footprint initiatives and Construction projects.
2. Removal of roadblocks, obtaining cross-functional buy-in, funding and approval, and managing projects and strategies to completion.
3. Completion of financial/footprint analysis and business case preparation for C-suite and other business unit and corporate executive meetings.
4. Influencing and supporting business and functional executives in setting footprint strategies and performance targets.
5. Championing the use of financial modelling, data analytics, and succinct executive summaries to influence strategic and tactical decision making.
6. Staying abreast of industry trends to improve efficiency and productivity. Benchmarking and continually improving Global Real Estate performance.
Ideally you will possess:
1. A Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Facilities Management, or a related field.
2. RICS/SCSI/Finance/Business or Program Management accreditation.
3. Experience in an international corporate setting (Global Real Estate experience preferred).
4. A grasp on strategy and how to compile financial models and scenario assessments.
5. Strong knowledge of business case development, financial principles, OPEX & CAPEX planning, construction, project accounting, program scheduling, and real estate contracts.
6. Ability to efficiently communicate and influence across all levels of the organization.
7. Creative and strategic with the ability to drive value and turn concepts into action.
8. Occasional international travel may be required.
