Job OverviewResponsible for managing a Project team and driving project performance, resource planning, staffing, risk management, and communication.
The focus will be on On-Time Delivery, scope, schedule, and budget objective attainment of one or more major projects of high to medium complexity (Types II & 1).
Job ResponsibilitiesAchieve On-Time Delivery objectives, manage project scheduling, gap closure, and report progress.Conduct On-Time Delivery meetings and hold teams accountable for schedules and deliverables.Ensure compliance with scope, schedule, budget, and audit baseline project schedules.Provide input on capital expenditures, project budgets, and resource planning.Track lessons learned, manage best practices, and lead Phase Gate Reviews.Ensure compliance with Product Lifecycle tools, PMO processes, and procedures.Maintain accurate time tracking, project data reporting, and risk management.Resolve project conflicts, establish escalation paths, and report project status.Oversee project closeout meetings, post-launch reviews, and ensure deadlines are met.Clearly communicate roles, expectations, and accountabilities to all stakeholders.Manage high-to-medium complexity projects and collaborate with functional managers.Promote team collaboration, problem-solving, and adherence to PMO best practices.What your background should look like:Qualifications 3+ years of demonstrated Project/Program Management experience in technology or Medical Device Manufacturing working with internal and external customers required.Experience managing high to medium complexity projects (Type II & I)Level 8 degree in a related discipline.Experience in the matrix management of a project team.Key Requirements Project Management: Formal training required, PMP certification (or pursuing to get one).
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (LEANPD, Waterfall, Agile).Product & Regulatory Knowledge: New product introduction experience for devices required; familiarity with FDA regulations preferred.Leadership & Communication: Strong business acumen, leadership, negotiation, and customer advocacy skills.
Ability to manage local/global teams and communicate with senior management.Project Execution: Experience managing multiple projects/programs, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget compliance.
Understanding of Product/Project Lifecycle and change management.Technical & Process Expertise: Knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and assembly design principles.Tools & Systems: Proficiency in Microsoft Project, collaboration tools, and databases.Soft Skills: Results-oriented mindset and problem-solving ability.Travel: Willingness of possible travel up to 10% annually.Location:
