Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced nurse to join our Occupational Health Division for a large healthcare technologies company. The role involves maintaining an effective Occupational Health management system that meets legislative requirements and technical standards.
Main Responsibilities:
* Maintain an effective Occupational Health management system in compliance with legal requirements and technical standards.
* Assist in the development and implementation of occupational health policies and procedures.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of occupational health services.
* Conduct risk assessments and implement control measures to mitigate potential hazards.
* Develop and maintain records and reports related to occupational health activities.
Requirements:
* National Qualification (NFQ) level 7 in a relevant discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* 2+ years of related work experience.
* Working knowledge of business concepts, procedures, and practices.
* Cognitive skills: ability to analyze situations and data, exercise judgment within defined procedures and practices.
* Influence/Leadership: cultivate internal and external networks to facilitate task completion.
* Planning/Organisation: plan, organise, and prioritise daily work routine to meet established schedule.
