The Clifden Station House Hotel is looking for an enthusiastic and creative Chefs to join our team for the 2025 season.
A passion for food and a positive attitude are a must for this role.
You will need to demonstrate that you have the ability to work in a high volume, excellent quality hotel environment and bring a wide range of skills to ensure that food is served to the highest standards.

We are looking for: 2 x Chef de Partie, 1 x Pastry chef 1 x Breakfast chef The successful candidates will: - Be a qualified chefs and will be able to carry out all general duties.
- Have the relevant experience, working in a busy kitchen, preferably in a Hotel.
- Be able to run a section smoothly and efficiently.
- Efficiently take directions from Head Chef and/or Sous Chef - Have worked in an English Speaking Environment and will speak good English - Be passionate and innovative in his/her cooking.
- Be legally allowed work in Ireland.
- Have been trained in HACCP requirements and general kitchen duties.
Job Type: Permanent Full Time Hours: You will be required to work 40 hours per week.
