Job Overview:
We are looking for passionate and experienced Fitness Coaches to join our dynamic team at GNS Fitness.
As a Fitness Coach, you will work closely with our members to deliver exceptional group and personal training sessions, ensuring a safe, effective, and engaging experience that helps them achieve their fitness goals.
There is also scope to be involved in the sports performance side of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality group fitness classes and 1-on-1 training sessions for clients with various fitness levels.
Develop personalized fitness plans based on individual client goals and needs, providing ongoing support and motivation.
Conduct fitness assessments and track progress to ensure clients are progressing and staying motivated.
Create a fun, safe, and energetic environment during sessions, ensuring proper technique and form to prevent injury.
Provide ongoing guidance on nutrition, recovery, and overall wellness to enhance clients results.
Foster a positive and welcoming community culture at GNS Fitness, encouraging clients to engage and stay committed to their fitness journey.
Assist with the upkeep and organization of the studio, ensuring it is clean, tidy, and well-maintained.
Stay updated with the latest fitness trends and certifications to continually offer the best training experience.
Requirements:
Relevant fitness certifications (e.g., REPs, NCEF, ITEC, or similar qualifications).
Experience in group fitness instruction and personal training (1-2 years minimum preferred).
Passion for fitness and helping others achieve their goals.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire clients.
Knowledge of health, wellness, and nutrition.
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and professionalism.
First aid certification (desirable).
Ability to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends as required.
Desirable Skills:
Specializations in specific areas such as strength training, HIIT, yoga, Pilates, or functional fitness.
Experience with online coaching or hybrid training programs.
Additional fitness-related certifications or expertise.
