As a Business Development Manager at Solgrid, you will play a crucial role in our sales force, responsible for engaging commercial customers, generating new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify Potential Clients: Use research and networking to identify potential clients and present our bespoke Solar PV services professionally and persuasively.
2. Customer Relationship Management: Enhance customer satisfaction by maintaining seamless communication throughout the sales process. Nurture strong customer relationships through consistent follow-ups.
3. Event & Industry Engagement: Stay updated on industry incentives and regulations to offer valuable insights to clients. Proactively identify new business opportunities and growth areas.
4. Collaboration: Provide weekly lead updates and collaborate closely with sales & marketing, design, and project management teams to ensure a smooth transition from lead generation to project completion.
5. Proposal Development: Deliver proposals and pitches that sell the company's ethos of delivering bespoke solar solutions to meet clients' unique needs without compromising quality, return on investment, and safety.
