Project Manager III – Biological Projects
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver Biological projects on time, within budget, and in compliance with standards.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate Project Teams: Lead the site team for smooth biological project execution.
2. Develop Project Plans: Collaborate with R&D, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, etc. to create realistic project plans.
3. Use Project Management Tools: Utilize relevant tools for planning, monitoring, and reporting project progress.
4. Track Milestones: Set clear project milestones, track progress, and make adjustments to keep projects on track.
5. Manage Third-Party Vendors: Guide and support external partners (vendors, contractors) to meet shared project goals.
6. Foster Team Communication: Ensure clear and efficient communication within the project team.
7. Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with stakeholders to align on priorities and proactively manage project risks.
8. Handle Change Management: Collaborate with teams to address any changes and track them in appropriate systems.
9. Monitor Project Timeline: Take responsibility for the project timeline and report any delays or risks.
Requirements:
Essential:
1. Bachelor's Degree: In Engineering, Science, Business, Project Management, or a related field.
2. PMI Certification: A plus.
Desirable:
1. Program Management Experience:
2. Sterile Manufacturing Operations Experience:
3. Understanding of Engineering, Equipment, and Validation Processes: In a sterile environment.
4. New Product Introduction (NPI) Experience:
5. Familiarity with Systems like One Vault or Soltracks: A plus.
Technical/Business Knowledge:
1. Industry Experience: At least 5 years in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
