Role Overview:
We are looking for a Marketing & Events Executive who will be responsible for managing customer content creation and driving successful event marketing strategies. In this role, you will create compelling customer-focused content, manage both third-party and T-Pro events, and support partner marketing initiatives. You will also contribute to the development of customer case studies and video testimonials, working closely with the customer success team to support the customer journey post-launch, promoting T-Pro's offerings and enhancing customer engagement.
The role reports directly to the Head of Marketing and requires a driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is comfortable working across different time zones with a diverse team and is adaptable to shifting priorities to meet tight deadlines.
The ideal candidate has strong content creation skills, experience coordinating events, and is adept at leveraging marketing efforts to support sales and customer retention. HubSpot proficiency is essential, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Key Responsibilities:
Content Generation & Marketing:
* Produce and manage events & customer marketing content such as blogs, press releases, case studies, and testimonials that highlight T-Pro's impact.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to create customer-led content that aligns with sales and marketing strategies.
* Contribute to targeted email marketing campaigns for different regions and product solutions, enhancing lead generation and customer engagement.
* Develop and manage resources to support upselling and customer marketing initiatives, working closely with the customer success team to support the customer journey beyond the launch phase.
Event Management:
* Third-Party Events: Support and collaborate on global third-party events, including trade shows and conferences. Work closely with the sales team to enhance pre- and post-event efforts, ensuring maximum return on investment (ROI).
* T-Pro External Events: Strategically plan and organise external events such as webinars, user forums, and networking events to support sales and customer engagement initiatives.
* Partner Marketing Events: Support partner marketing efforts through joint events and collaborative opportunities with T-Pro's global partners.
Customer Marketing:
* Manage the creation and coordination of case studies and testimonial videos to showcase T-Pro's solutions and customer success stories.
* Collaborate with the customer success team to develop promotional content aimed at enhancing customer support and driving upselling opportunities.
HubSpot & Marketing Automation:
* Use HubSpot to track and optimise event performance and customer activities, improving the CRM database.
* Contribute to marketing automation efforts to streamline customer journeys and increase engagement across the funnel.
Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with a focus on content creation and event coordination.
* Proven experience in managing content-led marketing campaigns and developing customer-focused materials.
* Strong experience in event management, including both third-party and internal events.
* Proficiency in HubSpot and marketing automation tools.
* Background in customer marketing and support, with a strategic understanding of soft upselling techniques.
* Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience working cross-functionally.
