Job Title: Account Manager

Job Summary:
To manage the service delivery of a very exclusive contract portfolio fulfilling key elements such as service quality, promoting a team ethos, client satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage budgets for all contracts under control to ensure cost control is effective in meeting financial objectives.
* Promote and deliver the aims of the company to meet or exceed quality levels and customer support objectives central to the core business.
* Ensure safe working environments exist to provide subcontractors with facilities required to carry out functions without interruption to the business.
* Manage all aspects of contracts under control, ensuring mechanical and electrical equipment is maintained according to each site's specific requirements and regulatory needs.
* Provide guidance to clients as needed.
* Offer energy management advice to clients to minimize costs and increase efficiencies.
* Develop and deliver Service Level Agreements for each client and sub-contractor contract under control.
* Measure and monitor service delivery effectiveness against agreed Service Level Agreements and Key Performance Indicators to minimize deductions.
* Facilitate and manage training requirements to ensure staff are fully trained in service provision.
* Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures for the team.
* Prepare monthly reports for all services covered under contract.
* Administer formal management and reporting procedures.
* Ensure safe systems of work are in place for all operations by managing and addressing Health & Safety requirements.
* Support Commercial functions as required, including labor or subcontractor elements during tendering processes.
* Client satisfaction.

* Contractual document and KPI management to minimize risk and maximize profit.
* Effective sourcing and utilization of materials and subcontractors.
* Quality monitoring through random audits and ongoing review of breakdowns.

* Take full responsibility for health and safety at each site.
* Ensure compliance with statutory and company procedures.

Qualifications and Experience:
* Previous experience in a GMP regulated environment, with 2 years in management.
* Project management experience.
* Energy management experience/qualification advantageous.
* Previous experience managing a team.
* Third-level engineering qualification or equivalent.
* Member of a relevant professional organization.
* Knowledge of Sales & Margins processes.
* Excellent written and oral communication skills.
