Director of Sales Development
We are seeking a highly ambitious and experienced Director of Sales Development to drive revenue growth and develop the next generation of sales talent.
This senior leadership role requires a strong track record in inside sales, SDR programs, and analytical skills. The successful candidate will have extensive management experience and a proven ability to engage with sales leaders to drive execution strategy.

Minimum Qualifications:
* Fluency in English (additional languages advantageous)
* Strong background in sales development, inside sales, and/or sales management required
* Second-line management experience is required
* Intelligent, motivated, and competitive individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Experience engaging with sales over revenue strategy and creating alignment
