Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Administrator to join our team in an evening shift position. This role is perfect for anyone seeking flexible work arrangements and requiring a Monday through Friday schedule from 2 PM to 10 PM.
Duties:
* Perform general reception duties and answer calls in a timely manner.
* Manage and coordinate the 24-hour schedule of the logistics team.
* Assist with general administrative tasks as needed.
* Provide administrative support to management, responding to queries in a prompt and professional manner.
* Maintain organized financial records and filing systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
* Contribute to maintaining inventory records and reporting on stock levels.
* Process customer stock receipt documentation, entering details into the warehouse stock management system.
* Allocate stock, prepare order picklists, and dispatch documentation according to customer order requirements.
* Prepare and issue customer stock reports, highlighting key information.
* Liaise with customers in a professional and efficient manner to resolve queries and concerns.
* Collaborate with logistics companies and delivery drivers to schedule receipt and dispatch bookings.
* Contribute to the administration of the quality management system and associated quality records.
