Sales Executive - Car Finance (Hybrid/Remote Options Available)
A leading Irish financial intermediary is expanding its team and currently recruiting Sales Executives to join their growing car finance division. This company works closely with a wide range of lending and insurance providers across the market and has established strong partnerships to deliver the best solutions for customers.
About the Role
As a Sales Executive, you'll act as a key intermediary between the company and its customers, providing expert advice and tailored finance solutions. This is a high-energy role where you'll play a pivotal part in driving sales performance while delivering excellent customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage inbound and outbound sales calls with new and existing customers
2. Advise customers on suitable car finance products and services
3. Consistently achieve and exceed individual daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
4. Support overall team and departmental goals
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records using the CRM system
6. Handle a high volume of calls while demonstrating strong attention to detail and time management
7. Report directly to the relevant team lead
What You'll Need
1. Minimum 1 year of experience in inbound and/or outbound sales within a fast-paced, target-driven environment
2. APA in Loans qualification - this is essential
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
5. Strong organisational skills and the ability to perform well under pressure
6. Previous experience in financial services or insurance is highly desirable
7. A passion for sales and attention to the administrative detail required to complete the process
