The Role
As our MSRs are the main point of contact for all existing and potential new members, they will have an excellent customer care ethos, delivering exceptional service via telephone, online and email to our members.
Applicants should be motivated to learn and develop cross-functional skills, committed to achieving high standards and be open to undergoing training to become a qualified financial advisor on commencement. Positions are permanent, full-time (37 hours per week), based in our Tralee branch; flexibility is a key requirement and therefore inter-branch travel may be required.
