What you'll do
As an Administrative Assistant at Docusign you will be highly organized and efficient in supporting multiple Vice Presidents across our European offices. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing complex schedules, coordinating travel and facilitating smooth operations for senior executives in a fast-paced, global environment helping to enhance overall team efficiency, contributing significantly to the smooth functioning of the organization in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.
This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Vice President, EMEA Partner & Alliances.
Responsibility
* Manage complex calendars for multiple VPs, including scheduling meetings, conference calls and video conferences across different time zones
* Coordinate international and domestic travel arrangements, including flights, hotels and ground transportation
* Prepare expense reports and process reimbursements in a timely manner
* Assist in planning and coordinating team events, offsites and meetings
* Act as a liaison between VPs and internal/external stakeholders
* Provide backup support for other Executive Assistants and Executives as needed
* Engage actively in the administrative community, contributing to collaborative efforts
* Establish cross-functional partners
Job Designation
Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)

Preferred
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
* Proficiency with Google Suite, encompassing Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Slides, Google Sheets and Slack within a business environment
* Competence in Concur and Oracle
* Ability to work autonomously
* Ability to manage multiple executives with different working styles
* Flexibility in response to changing priorities and needs
* Ability and willingness to acquire new competencies and accept new challenges
* Ensures clear, thorough, and specific communications, with attention to follow-through
* Additional European language(s)
* Ability to travel when required
