Job Summary
This is a permanent Technical Account Manager position required for Dungannon. The successful candidate will oversee the Technical Customer Account base, ensuring safety and quality matters are addressed, while also adhering to relevant systems policies.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist customers with technical requests and resolve any technical issues promptly.
* Builde strong customer relationships, particularly with key stakeholders and sponsors.
* Provide exceptional customer experience by managing expectations and leading to customer satisfaction.
* E nsure all deliverables meet customer requirements and are delivered on time.
* Monitor key account metrics and customer Certificates of Procurement (COPs).
* Conduct gap analysis on customer specifications and COPs to ensure adherence.
* Liaise with internal departments on cultural and ethical matters.
* Communicate progress to both internal and external stakeholders.
* Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with the commercial team to achieve sustainable growth.
* Manage interactions with customers and outside agencies/suppliers, including receipt, logging, investigation, reporting, and trending of incoming customer complaints, defect reports, and quality alerts/enquiries.
Additional Responsibilities
* Ensure strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.
* Produce and amend internal factory specifications for new products or updates to existing product specifications.
* Manage customer specifications web systems, including sensory assessments for new products and preparation of attribute sheets.
* Organise photography of visual standards and champion industry best practices.
* Promote the introduction of new technologies where applicable.
* Adhere to food safety legislation and guidelines as well as company policies.
* Ensure Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and housekeeping are strictly adhered to.
* Comply with relevant health and safety and food safety standards.
* Maintain a duty of care to yourself and others.
* Complete all necessary daily records and paperwork in a timely manner.
Requirements
* Previous experience within Food Manufacturing in a Technical or Quality role.
