Our client, a leading custodian bank in Limerick, is looking for a Transfer Agency Analyst to join the Investor Services Centre team.
They are looking for a candidate to have experience focusing on quality, handling complaints, and managing escalations in their current role. The ideal candidate will likely have extensive tenure in a contact center environment. The role is heavily call-focused, so it's essential for the candidate to have strong experience in call handling rather than email-based customer service.
Location: Limerick (3 days onsite)
Duration: 12+ Months
Rate: 22ph PAYE
Key Responsibilities
* Responding to investor inquiries via phone or email.
* Ensuring all queries are addressed in accordance with departmental procedures.
* Acting as a buddy or mentor to new team members when needed.
* Completing assigned tasks and responsibilities within established deadlines.
* Attending and participating in team meetings and huddles.
* Participating in client meetings as required.
* Performing additional relevant tasks aligned with the role and business needs.
Skills/Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess:
* Experience in Client and Investor Servicing.
* Knowledge of fund administration and the regulatory landscape.
* Ability to work within tight deadlines.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and Word.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Analytical skills to research and resolve inquiries effectively.
