Job Description
The Business Development Executive and Sales Executive roles are key positions in our organization, focusing on revenue growth through sales and negotiation of contracts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead generation: Identifying suitable antenna locations and potential landlords for our business operations.
* Landlord communication: Establishing contact with potential landlords, managing the process from initial engagement to contract signing.
* Contract negotiation: Successfully negotiating and signing contracts with landlords.
* Data maintenance: Maintaining up-to-date information within our custom database software, LiveTrack.
Sales Executive Specific Responsibilities:
* Communicating with landlords: Negotiating leases via inbound and outbound calls, attempting to contact landlords, and sending or reviewing voicemail and emails.
* Preparing for calls: Reviewing existing and new leases using the company's database/software system, intranet, and other sources.
* Entering data: Entering information into the company's database/software system and Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.
* Preparing proposals: Creating presentation packages with accurate information and sending them via email, post, etc.
Requirements:
* Fluency in German.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Prior sales and negotiation experience.
