Stock Controller / Administrator - Co. Louth

Collaborating with a multinational GMP Pharmaceutical facility in the Louth region, our client is on the lookout for an organised individual to join the team as an Administrator Stock Controller!

Key Responsibilities
* Administrative support including data entry into software, document production, photocopying and general support.
* Scheduling Preventative Maintenances.
* Follow up on all incoming documentation and information to support effective close out of all open / outstanding works.
* Acting as Point of contact (POC) for all clients queries.
* Approval of invoices.
* Source consumables, equipment, vendors.
* Scheduling recordkeeping and inventory control.
* Ensure materials are preserved as per specifications.
Key Skills Required
* Degree level qualification or equivalent.
* 1+ years proven experience in stock control, inventory management, or a similar administrative role.
* Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
