Job Title: Enterprise Sales Development Representative
Description:
We are seeking an accomplished Enterprise Sales Development Representative to join our highest-performing sales team in the software industry.
This role is essential in developing new business opportunities and fueling Procore's growth. As a key member of our sales model, you will work with top enterprise accounts in the construction industry and our product to drive innovation and improvement.

Responsibilities:
* Create new business opportunities to drive Procore's growth
* Partner with New Logo Account Executives to achieve mutually aligned sales quotas each month
* Engage construction professionals through phone, email, and other channels to understand their challenges and identify solutions
* Have autonomy to operate beyond your role and contribute to process improvements, training, technology use, and other aspects of the business
* Work with sales management to develop targeted lists, call strategies, and messaging to create opportunities for new business
Requirements:
* Fluency in both English and French
* Prior SDR or closing sales experience
* SaaS experience, especially in sales; construction industry experience
* Entrepreneurial mindset
* Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
* Ability to learn and adapt quickly, entering assigned territories and making an immediate impact
* Commitment to lifelong learning and continuous development
