Sales Support Administrator We are seeking to recruit a Sales Support Administrator (on site) to join the team.
The role requires someone highly driven and motivated, commercially focused and looking for a new challenge.
Responsibilities: As a Sales Support Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes.
Your primary responsibilities will include: Leads and Sales: Assisting in the management and conversion of leads generated by Service & Maintenance visits into sales opportunities.
Database Utilization/Update: Maintaining and updating our customer relationship management (CRM) database with relevant information, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
General Sales Administration: Providing administrative support to the sales team, including but not limited to managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, preparing sales reports and documentation.
Qualifications: 2-3 years previous experience in a sales support / administrative role.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software is preferred.
A proactive and collaborative approach, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results within tight deadlines.
