The Road House is looking for an experienced part-time chef for immediate start.
Duties:
1. Completing all tasks, in order, on the prep list from the head chef or other kitchen manager.
2. Labeling and stocking all ingredients on easily accessible shelves.
3. Washing, chopping, and sorting ingredients like fruit, vegetables, and meats.
4. Measuring quantities of seasonings and other cooking ingredients.
5. Parboiling food, reducing sauces, and starting first steps in various dishes.
6. Adhering to all relevant nutrition and sanitary regulations and standards.
7. Keeping track of ingredient inventory and collaborating with other kitchen management staff to order resupply.
Experience:
1. 2 years in a similar role (preferred).
2. References required.

Pay: From €18.00 per hour
