Main Purpose of the Job: To contribute and manage the implementation of the Annual Sales Plan for the Hotel.
Responsible for targeting, focusing and coordinating the Sales activity to maximise on the opportunities that exist in all the markets.
Duties and responsibilities Seeking out and helping to secure new Corporate Accommodation and Meetings business Managing own portfolio of accounts in Corporate, MICE and Leisure segments in local and regional markets Developing, implementing and monitoring annual sales plans for the hotel Managing all aspects of proactive sales activities, ensuring sales resources are used to maximize revenue channels Assisting in budget planning process The Offer- Fantastic learning and development opportunities Discounts across all 12 of our luxury hotels in Ireland, including for food and beverage A competitive remuneration plan, including a %10 bonus reward scheme, based on performance and meeting targets A brand new benefits package to be introduced in Jan 2023, including a monthly wellness bonus, paid maternity benefit, additional holiday days (based on length of service) and a contributed pension.
