Our client is one of Ireland's leading health insurance providers and they are seeking a Head of People and Culture to join their team in Dublin.
Reporting directly to the Chief Information Officer, your responsibilities will include developing and delivering a People and Culture strategy, providing coaching, advice and support to the senior leadership teams on all people and talent matters, developing people plans and solutions to support the achievement of the overall business objectives, managing the people budget with a goal of maximising the return, and proactively managing the key relationships that impact this role internally, group wide and externally.
To be considered, you must have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, significant experience in running a HR function within a large company, significant experience in managing employee relations, strong communication and decision making skills, and solid knowledge of various HR disciplines such as diversity, compensation, performance management, talent management, staffing and organisational effectiveness.
