We are embarking on an exciting phase of our growth strategy, and we are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Recruitment Manager to lead and develop our Permanent Recruitment team.
Job Summary:
As a Recruitment Manager, in this newly created position, you will play a pivotal role in cultivating the team culture, driving team performance and growth, and managing day-to-day operations.

This is a hybrid role, with the flexibility to be based in our Dublin or Cork office.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, manage, and develop the permanent recruitment team, fostering a high-performance, client-centric culture.
* Provide ongoing coaching, guidance, and training to recruitment consultants to foster professional development in a learning environment.
* Manage the team and individual performance, implementing key performance indicators (KPIs), setting clear targets, conducting regular performance reviews, and supporting consultants in achieving their goals.
* Build and nurture long-term client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and successful delivery of recruitment services.
* Develop and execute a recruitment strategy to grow and expand the Permanent Recruitment team in alignment with company goals.
* Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to stay competitive and meet client demands.
* Collaborate with senior management on budgeting, resource allocation, and performance metrics for the team.
* Recruit and train in new members of the permanent recruitment team.
Your Experience:
* 3+ years of experience as a Recruitment Manager or Team Lead in a recruitment agency.
* 5+ years' of experience as a Recruiter in permanent recruitment, preferably with knowledge across multiple sectors.
* Proven track record of managing and growing a high-performing team.
* Demonstrated ability to drive business growth through strategic client relationship management.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
* Results-oriented mindset with a focus on client satisfaction, operational efficiency, and team success.
