Duties and Responsibilities:
* Servicing Guests: Addressing the needs of late-arriving guests and facilitating early departures according to established Front Office policies and procedures.
* Communication: Responding to hotel calls with courtesy and helpfulness, taking messages, and ensuring they are relayed to relevant parties as needed.
* Financial Management: Managing all monies and charges on behalf of the hotel, guaranteeing accurate transfers to the duty receptionist in the morning.
* Rostering: Preparing the weekly staff roster for the night team, considering business levels and workload.
