MEP Site Supervisor

MEP Site Supervisor required to join one of Irelands leading contractors in Dublin to oversee all phases of building development from design to construction, MEP systems integration, fit outs and facilities management.

Responsibilities:

* Direct and oversee project teams, ensuring tasks are executed with efficiency and effectiveness.
* Track project progress, manage milestones, and coordinate schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
* Communicate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure clear understanding and fulfilment of project requirements.
* Prepare and present regular project updates to senior management, addressing any challenges or risks.
* Identify and mitigate potential risks to maintain project alignment and progress.
* Supervise M&E teams onsite, ensuring adherence to schedules and alignment with client expectations.
* Provide detailed reports and updates on project progress to the senior management team.
* Maintain and regularly update project records as necessary.


Requirements:

* Relevant background (Trade preferable)
* At least 3+ Years’ experience in a similar role.
* Fluent English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Good IT skills, particularly in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Packages.
* Ability to work to strict deadlines.
* Must have a UK or EU passport.
