Sous Chef - 4* Hotel Cavan - €45-50k We are currently recruiting for a talented and experienced Sous Chef to join the team at a busy 4* Hotel in Cavan. The ideal candidate will have a strong background working in hotels, along with experience in high-volume food operations and banqueting. Key Responsibilities: Ensure full adherence to Hygiene and Safety in accordance with the Hotel, Health and Safety policy and the Health and Safety at work Act. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, ensuring the delivery of high-quality food Support the Head Chef in overseeing kitchen staff and maintaining an efficient workflow. Lead by example in training and mentoring team members to maintain high performance and consistency. Contribute to the overall success of the kitchen by helping with stock control, ordering, and organization. Requirements: The ideal candidate should have experience in high end 4-star Hotel with 2 years experience. Proven experience as a Sous Chef, managing high-volume food operations and banqueting. Work well as part of a team. Have a passion for cooking, while creating innovative dishes for menus changes. Excellent Hygiene and HACCP experience.
