McGettigan's Hotel currently has an excellent opportunity for a full-time and part-time Hotel Receptionist to join our talented team.
Responsibilities:
1. Assisting the Front Office Manager and the team with the smooth running of the reception.
2. Work as part of a team but also be able to work on their own initiative.
3. Follow the day-to-day procedures of guest check-in and check-out.
4. Deal with and resolve guest queries.
5. Providing high level customer services both face to face and over the phone.
6. Upselling the hotel's facilities.
7. Excellent organisational skills.
8. The ability to handle cash efficiently, including balancing and handling of cash.
Qualifications:
1. Experience of working in a Hotel Reception is essential.
2. A working knowledge of Reservation system Hotsoft would be an advantage.
3. The ideal candidate must have fluent English and excellent communication skills.
4. Must be motivated, enthusiastic, and have a friendly and outgoing personality.
