Job Summary
We are seeking a best-in-class qualified ACA with 0-2 years PQE to join our Dublin Head Office.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
* Preparation of monthly management accounts for a number of trading and holding entities.
* The collection and analysis of large volumes of data, investigating variances and summarising findings within strict deadlines.
* Management of full trial balance of assigned companies, providing analysis of monthly income statement and balance sheet reconciliations for review.
* Preparation of accurate and timely monthly management accounting packs for submission to finance leadership.
* Liaison with Group businesses to ensure accuracy and completeness of all incoming data, challenging information when necessary.
* Assist with production of Group forecasts and annual budgets, including review and analysis.
* Foster environment of continuous improvement, particularly with regards to monthly management reports and working papers.
* Completion of Group intercompany reconciliations and analysis.
* Support in the preparation of the Annual Report and periodic results, including liaison with auditors, as required.
* Preparation of reporting packs for trading and holding entities.
Key Requirements
* Qualified ACA with 0-2 years PQE with strong academic background.
* Exposure to Plc or complex company structures, either through audit clients or in-house work, would be advantageous.
* Familiarity with Group consolidations and associated systems, as well as ERP systems, is desirable.
* Advanced Excel (Pivots, Power BI etc).
* Innovative and commercially-minded with ability to think outside the box.
* Strong analysis skills required, including ability to draw meaningful insights from high volumes of data to aid commercial and financial decision-making.
* High standard of written and verbal English, ability to communicate effectively at all levels and partner with both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
