Responsibilities
The responsibilities for the position include but are not limited to the following:
1. Exceeding billable hour requirements.
2. Performing Client Needs Assessments.
3. Developing strategic case plans for the client’s matter relative to the client’s budget.
4. Communicating with clients.
5. Preparing for and attending court hearings and trials.
6. Drafting all manner of pleadings.
7. Communicating with opposing counsel and court professionals.
8. Working closely with support staff to ensure effectiveness and client satisfaction.
9. Conducting legal research and providing legal counsel with the help of senior associate attorneys.
10. Keeping files organized to ensure the most recent updates are accessible to other attorneys, paralegals, and staff.
11. Preparing correspondence and legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, briefs, affidavits, motions, and settlement agreements for contract negotiations and proceedings.
12. Collaborating with clients, senior associates, and other staff to move cases toward resolution efficiently.
13. Analyzing conflicts in legal matters, advising clients on solutions, and negotiating on behalf of clients.
14. Reviewing client issues on legal matters, analyzing available options, and determining the best course of action.
15. Communicating with senior associates, paralegals, and clients to ensure cases are handled efficiently.

Compensation
$100,000 - $150,000 yearly
