We are seeking a skilled Category Buyer to join our Procurement team at Apleona Head Office.
Main Responsibilities
* Collaborate with the Category Manager to source high-quality products and services at optimal prices.
* Assist in preparing and issuing tenders, including Framework tenders as needed.
* Purchase goods and services in line with established processes using our purchasing system.
* Monitor supplier performance to ensure quality and service standards are met.
* Evaluate suppliers for on-demand purchases through a quotation process.
* Maintain up-to-date procurement catalogues and address internal customer inquiries.
* Verify invoices for accuracy regarding price.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Procurement or Business-related field.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
* Able to consistently meet customer needs.
* Proficient in interacting with customers and vendors in a professional manner.
Working Arrangements
Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:30.
